Code Six Custom Watches come with a one year warranty, which covers any defect in parts or workmanship.
If you experience a problem, please contact me immediately. I will repair or replace the watch free of charge including shipping. If I am unable to repair or replace the watch, I will honor a store credit for the total cost of the initial purchase price plus any shipping involved. I will work with you to assure satisfaction.
Exclusions: I do not accept returns for any condition caused by: water damage, user error, user abuse, or any reason unrelated to a physical defect in parts or workmanship.
You should never submerge, immerse or subject any C6C watch to water in any way unless you have had your watch water-proofed by a professional. I do not guarantee the product’s water-resistance and as such I do not refund, offer store credit, exchange or do a free repair on any watch that has water damage.
